Wolcott
On the edge of our small slice of paradise lies Wolcott, once an old ranching homestead, now a small community that our visitors seek out for experiencing the down-home atmosphere. This sleepy mountain community along the banks of the Eagle River is home to the quaint Wolcott Country Inn and the Wolcott Country Store, perfect for guests looking for peace and quiet only 15 minutes from the slopes of Beaver Creek.

Eagle
Elevation: 6,605 feet
Population: 3,000

Located just 30-minutes from Vail and five-minutes from the Vail/Eagle County Regional Airport, Eagle is the county seat and offers very affordable lodging and dining options for guests. It's also one of the fastest growing towns in the Vail Valley for those relocating to the area. Eagle serves as the county seat, and is home to the Valley's many government offices. Contributing more and more to the charm of this small town are the Eagle Visitor's Center and the Eagle County Historical Society.
